Who am I?
I am the webmaster and administrator of Thin for Life and this blog.
I have participated in two other Thin Over 40 Journeys and am excited to start another TO40 Journey.
This Thin Over 40 Journey is going to be real special because we now have a blog for the Journey. In a few days we will have information on how to use this blog.
